About the role
We are seeking a highly versatile Technical Resource with expertise in modern AI-driven application development, data integration, and workflow management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building web applications, integrating APIs, and adopting emerging technologies. This role focuses on end-to-end data management, intelligent automation, and developing scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and automation workflows.
- Build and manage end-to-end data integration pipelines.
- Develop and maintain web applications and backend services.
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs to enable seamless system communication.
- Manage data workflows including ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting.
- Evaluate and implement new and emerging technologies (AI tools, low-code platforms, etc. ).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery.
- Optimize performance of applications and data systems.
- Prototype and pilot innovative solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI APIs) and integrating AI into business applications.
- Expertise in data pipelines and workflow orchestration using tools like Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Node.js ).
- Strong experience in REST API development and integrations (OAuth, JWT).
- Advanced SQL skills and solid data management and modeling knowledge.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (ADF, Functions, Storage, Synapse).
- Programming in Python / JavaScript for automation and integrations.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and lakehouse concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 2-8 years of experience in data engineering, application development, or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in handling enterprise-scale data and integration workflows.
- Hands-on exposure to modern AI tools and platforms is preferred.
Must Have:
- Experience in AI application development or intelligent automation.
- Strong experience with API integration and web app development.
- Hands-on expertise in data pipelines and workflow management.
- Strong SQL and data handling capabilities.
- Experience with Cloud Ecosystems (Azure, APIs, and data services).
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools and copilots.
- Familiarity with Databricks and big data technologies.
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
- Exposure to real-time data streaming.
- UI/UX understanding for modern web applications.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and pilot solution development.
