About the role
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Purchase Managers, and OEMs.
- Promote PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, Control Panels, and Automation Solutions & Panel Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for successful project execution.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/B. E. (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation).
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding of Industrial Automation products.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
