About the role
Responsibilities:
- Provide international Customer Service and Technical service through voice support( Related to Modem, Broadband, Router, IP, DNS Troubleshooting).
- Offer technical support to customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Should have experience and be good.
- Technical Knowledge on ISP, router, and modem. networking concepts, but candidates should have worked in an inbound Contact Centre.
