Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Excel Analyst with experience supporting Banking/BFSI clients. The role involves MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboard creation, and business reporting using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and validate business data for accuracy and completeness.
- Create reports using Pivot Tables, Charts, and advanced Excel formulas.
- Support banking operations, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate business insights.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIFS)
- Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting
- Data Analysis and MIS Reporting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, or Banking Operations
- Experience working with a Banking/BFSI client
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets efficiently
