Technical Trainer

Role Purpose

The Technical Trainer role is critical to delivering industry-aligned, outcome-driven training programs through the iamneo learning platform. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical instruction, adherence to delivery standards, and measurable learner outcomes.

• Deliver structured technical training aligned with iamneo curriculum and delivery standards.

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions as required.

• Complete mandatory onboarding and certification on the iamneo platform.

• Perform training audits, assessments, and compliance activities.

• Track learner progress and support skill development.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth training execution.

• Continuously update technical knowledge and training methodologies.

• Willingness to travel to assigned training locations as per program needs.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical training.

• Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science / IT or allied disciplines (preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

• Hands-on programming experience in C++, Java, and/or Python.

• Specialization in at least one domain:

  • Full Stack Development

  • AI / ML

  • Cloud Technologies

• Strong foundation in core computer science fundamentals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.

• Experience using LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and assessment systems.
