Objective & result areas :
•
Hands on experience in Electrical and mechanical maintenance
•
Having Wireman license or qualified to apply for the same.
•
Individually solve all the electrical, electronics & mechanical issues
•
Must be willing to work in any shift and location as per the requirement.
•
Must be initiative to the work and 100% result should be given as per the requirement.
•
Experience in Welding &cutting work will be preferable.
•
100% Plant available time in shift.
•
Zero-Break down in shift
•
Zero Accidents in shift.
•
Good coordination with other departments.
•
Production target-oriented maintenance.
•
Do Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
•
Follow Job schedules and readings register properly.
•
Daily Logbook Maintaining.
•
Daily Equipment condition, facility monitoring and solving the issues.
•
Tools and tackles handling as per SOP.
•
Good and effective Communication skill
•
Daily reporting to immediate officer.
•
5S implementation in store and workplace.
•
Language skills-English-Speak, write, Read.
Malayalam-Speak, write, Read.
