Role and Responsibilities
- Perform PCBA/Sub assembly /Module Inspection
- Ensure Measuring/Test Instruments are properly calibrated and maintain Calibration reports
- Support to perform UL Surveillance Audit and maintain relevant reports
- Conduct process Audit based on fixed frequency
- Provide disposal action support of suspected part
- Prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Quality performance reportand drive for action with cross functional Team
- Monitor and perform ESD Verifications
- Conduct Packing and Out of box Audit
Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
- Process audit experience
- Proficiency inPowerPoint,Word ,SQC Tools
- 4 – 6 years working experience in a Electronics Manufacturing service companies
- Diplomain Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
