Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Technical Architect.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and platform customization to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and their application in enhancing platform capabilities.
