About the role
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform review and process access requests submitted via ServiceNow.
- Perform add, modify, and revoke access, accurately and within established timelines.
- Perform provisioning activities in accordance with knowledge base guidelines.
- Adhere to established controls, policies, and standards.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication notes within ServiceNow.
- Effectively communicate any gaps identified against established processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the service request management process.
Cross-Functional Relationship:
- Collaborate with IT support teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of access.
- Work closely with compliance and governance teams to ensure access provisioning aligns with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Interact with end users to clarify access needs and resolve provisioning issues.
Job Dimensions:
- Complete provisioning for multiple business units and applications.
- Responsible for timely and accurate fulfilment of access requests.
- Adhere to compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the technology field, with a focus on end-user access.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access.
- Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting.
