- Exp on Splunk is preferred.
- Shift 6.30 AM – 7 PM ( Need to be flexible to Shifts)
- Rosters in Weekends
- Work Hybrid from Macquarie office so need the consultant in Gurugram

Consultant will be managing 4/5 trading desk
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first line of support for the Warrants Trading Desk, managing day-to-day desk operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.
Support 4–5 trading desks by ensuring accurate trade bookings, timely position updates, and reconciliation of P&L and risk data.
Liaise with front office, middle office, back office, and IT to resolve trade breaks, system issues, and data discrepancies.
Monitor trade flows and system performance throughout the trading day; escalate critical issues to relevant teams promptly.
Assist traders with ad-hoc requests, data analysis, and reporting requirements.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives to optimize desk efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies.
Support new product launches, configuration, and setup in coordination with IT and operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience supporting a trading desk (preferably Warrants, Derivatives, or Structured Products).
Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, including trade capture, booking, P&L, and risk processes.
Proficiency in Excel, trade capture systems, and familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Strong stakeholder management and multitasking skills to support multiple desks simultaneously.
