About the role
·Onboard and activate Solar Heroes/Commission Agents across the assigned territory.
·Train Solar Heroes/Commission Agents on the PM Surya Ghar Yojana scheme and sales process.
·Build a strong command over the Solar Heroes channel and ensure consistent productivity.
·Organize engagement programs, recognition events, and meetings to keep the Solar Heroes network active and motivated.
·Monitor channel performance and provide regular coaching to improve lead generation and conversions.
·Maintain strong communication with Solar Heroes and ensure timely reporting and CRM updates.
