About the role
Design and deliver test data solutions — data subsetting, masking/de-identification, and provisioning across lower environments Build and maintain TDM pipelines and automation for refresh, provisioning, and self-service data requests Profile source data and define masking rules that protect PII/PHI while keeping data referentially intact and realistic Work across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) — writing SQL, troubleshooting, and tuning Partner with QA, dev, and client teams to understand data needs and turn them around quickly Support compliance requirements (HIPAA/PII) and document what you build 4-6 years in Test Data Management, data engineering, or database development Strong SQL and solid understanding of relational database internals and referential integrity Ideal candidate should've domain expertise in US Healthcare Hands-on with a TDM/masking tool — Delphix, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, Broadcom/CA TDM, or similar Experience with data masking/de-identification and subsetting Handson development (Python / Java) and Scripting for automation (Python, shell, or similar) Clear communicator who can work directly with clients CI/CD and test automation exposure Healthcare/payer data experience and HIPAA familiarity Cloud (Azure/AWS) and containerized deployment Exposure to synthetic data generation
