Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in quantity
estimation, billing, cost control, and contract management for construction projects. The
candidate should have practical site exposure and hands-on experience in RCC, Finishing,
Infrastructure, and MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity estimates based on drawings and BOQ.
Verify quantities for contractor billing and client billing.
Conduct rate analysis for extra and non-BOQ items.
Prepare abstract estimates for project costing.
Monitor material wastage and cost optimization.
Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Conduct quantity reconciliation for materials.
Coordinate with site teams for quantity verification.
Support contract management and variation claims.
Prepare cost reports and billing summaries.
