Job Description: Lead Associate - Analytics (Testing) Roles & Responsibilities Lead and execute analytics testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable testing strategies. Develop, implement, and maintain testing frameworks and methodologies for analytics solutions. Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution. Drive innovation in testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and quality standards in all testing activities. Foster a collaborative and energetic work environment, motivating team members to achieve excellence. Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals. Minimum Qualification and Skills Minimum qualification as per company standards (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 0 to 0 years of relevant experience in analytics testing, preferably in the ITES industry. Strong team working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated innovation and business acumen in problem-solving and process improvement.
