Mandatory Skills
Mandatory
- Advanced Knowledge in textile fibre-to-yarn and fibre-to-fabric technology knowledge.
- Expertise in Ring and Air-jet or MVS spinning.
- Interpretation of various Textile (Spg/Wvg/Ktg) related Quality and Process Information.
- Strong knowledge on ManMade Cellulose Fiber Value Chain and Ecosystem.
- Able to lead experts in Customer-process troubleshooting and shop-floor optimization.
- Excellent Communication _ Verbal / Written / Presentation.
Functional
- Analysis of customer and Production Data and to converge into inference.
- Application of various AI enabled analytical tools (eg Claude, Chatgpt)
- Working experience in DMAIC way of excellence journey.
Qualification
B. Tech / M. Tech – Textile Engineering / Technology
Responsibilities (At Least 3-4 )
- Lead Team of Technology Specialists to support customers in MMCF Ecosystem (Spinning – Ring Vortex, Knitting, Weaving) for critical customer and plant issues.
- Lead complaint investigation, RCA, corrective action, and claim assessment.
- Lead, Plan and Execute various Benchmarking exercise to competitor products and manufacturing-line performance.
- Support technically Sales and PPC team for efficient inventory management.
- Digital analytics, dashboards, and data-based reporting.
