Key Responsibilities Lead strategic programs that improve branch productivity, renewals, retention, persistency, servicing quality, and operational efficiency. Manage KPI governance, scorecard administration, incentive frameworks, and performance reporting with strong controls and transparency. Analyze business and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, performance gaps, and value creation levers. Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, operational control, and sustainable outcomes. Develop executive insights and leadership presentations that support informed decision-making and strategic direction.
