About the role
Driving Team towards Zero Defect Culture and shift management, Daily review of plant rejections with Quality & Production team and have complete analysis of rejections, Ensure actions on rejections are initiated immediately with team and actions are documented for review, Ensure effectiveness of process audits & immediate actions on non-conformances, Develop and monitor overall process quality through audits, Review the status of audits and focus on key areas, Prepare periodic reports
