- Strong experience with BMC Control-M Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Server, and Agents.
- Experience supporting Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of batch monitoring, workload automation, and scheduling concepts.
- Experience in Control-M upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures and performance issues.
- Familiarity with shell scripting (Bash/Korn Shell/PowerShell).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
