About the role
Responsibilities:
- Breaks technical requirements into actionable tasks for iteration planning with the Scrum team.
- Collaborates on coding, testing, and building software based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assists the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming iterations.
- Ensures and maintains high code quality.
- Continuously enhances development processes with guidance from the Scrum Master.
- Works closely with teams to improve technical practices.
- Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies.
- Creates high-level design (HLD) documentation.
- Supports deployment and feature release processes.
- Contributes to the effort estimation and sizing process.
- Engages in designing, coding, debugging, and testing.
- Troubleshoots issues in both test and production environments.
- Collaborates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Innovates to enhance application stability and performance.
- Understands business requirements and translates them into technical implementation.
- Assists in developing technical software documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 - 8 years.
- Technical skills as defined by the program.
- Proficiency in development and CI tools.
- Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux or as per the program's tech stack requirements.
- Expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.
