Key Accountabilities• Weekly sales reporting• Sales monitoring• Monitoring of Sales & Hedges• Creation and calculation of cost matrices• IT Tasks (PowerBI)• Month and cost checks• Price calculations for offer list.• Month and FV• Fixations + forex conversations• Substitution / position reporting• Finance reporting (Sales/PnL/Margins vs. budget, preparing presentations, collecting data)• Stock ageing report (preparing/commenting and discussing)• Sustainability tasks (EUDR)• Month end stock reconciliations• Non Germany invoicing

Skills and Experience• Fully proficient in written and spoken English and good German level would be beneficial.• Previous experience in trade operations, logistics or a similar role is preferred.• Strong attention to detail and organization skills• Excellent communication skills
