About the role
- Provide supportive help to the steward in mis-en-place
- Collect, clean and polish cutlery, crockery and glassware. Ensure that the side stations are well equipped and clean at all times
- assist the steward in laying the tables
- Assist steward during services
- Assist the Steward in bussing/ clearing the tables.
- Ensure that the food is promptly picked-up and served in the proper sequence along with the respective accompaniments/sauces.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in line with the restaurant policy with high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, correct uniform and name badges as applicable
