Job SummaryAs a Training Manager, you role is to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, philosophy, mission, and vision.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Training Development: Ensure all training activities align with the organization’s mission and vision, focusing on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.2. Needs Assessment and Program Design: Work with leadership teams to identify development needs, design and develop custom and corporate training programs, and facilitate their delivery.3. Operational and Process Training: Implement and monitor training on operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), addressing gaps to optimize resource utilization.4. Effectiveness Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Measure training effectiveness to ensure ROI and conduct regular audits to update developmental metrics for ongoing improvement.5. Career Development and Sustainability: Provide training to prepare employees for future roles and ensure the sustainability of learning through regular refresher training.
Desired Candidate ProfileGraduation / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Management (Preferred) Post-graduation / Advance Diploma or Certificate in Business management is desirable Certification in Training and Development (Desirable) Key Skills:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to develop frameworks for sustainable learning culturesProficient in current training trends and methodologiesProactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
