About the role

Define and execute the HRO transformation roadmap aligned to business and client objectives. • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation. • Drive productivity, quality, compliance, and customer experience improvements across HRO operations. • Build business cases and track benefits realization for transformation initiatives.Leverage strong understanding of end-to-end HRO processes (preferably UK) including Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, Workforce Administration, Global Mobility & Relocation Assistance Service, Onboarding & Client Deployment Screening (TA), and Learning & Development (including L&D Admin, Non-L&D Event Management & Learning Vendor Management). • Partner with operations teams to identify process maturity gaps and improvement opportunities. • Establish best practices and operational excellence frameworks.  Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ARTS
