Roles and Responsibilities
- 1.Cash Flow Management:Manage cashflow preparation and execution.
- 2.Borrowing:
- a. Execution of various type of borrowing transactions including Capital Debt Market – CDM (Bank Loan, NCD, MLD, Sub Debt, ECB, TREPS/CROMS etc.) including legal documentation
- b. Liaison with various intermediaries and regulatory bodies viz. Stock Exchanges, Depositories, Trustees etc
- c. Liaison with investors / lenders for execution of borrowing transaction
- d. Ensure timely servicing of Debt Portfolio (Reset, repayments and buybacks/prepayments)
- 3.Investment
- a. Ensure settlement of all primary or secondary market deals in timely manner
- b. Ensure reporting of trades to regulators
