Job Title: Tricentrics Tester

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tricentrics Tester to join the Albatha project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management within Tricentrics environments, ensuring high-quality delivery of system functionality.

• Test Strategy & Planning
• Define testing scope, objectives, and timelines for SAP projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand requirements and create test strategies.
• Test Design & Execution
• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP C4C, SAP Fiori, SAP BW).
• Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and log defects in defect management tools.
• Automation & Optimization
• Implement model-based test automation using Tosca best practices.
• Reuse and optimize test cases for cross-project efficiencies.
• Support CI/CD integration for test execution.
• Defect Management
• Identify, report, and track defects to closure in coordination with development and functional teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work with global teams (onsite/offshore) to coordinate test execution.
• Prepare and share test progress, coverage, and defect metrics with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for SAP test automation.
• Experience in SAP functional testing across one or more modules (SD, MM, FI, HR, CRM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP integration testing (SAP to non-SAP systems).
• Understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.).
• Technical Tools
• Proficiency with Tosca Commander, Tosca BI, Tosca SAP Automation, Test Data Service.
• Familiarity with defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test execution in DevOps environments.
• Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Tricentis Tosca (Automation Specialist / Test Design Specialist) is a plus.
• SAP functional knowledge or certification preferred.
• 3–8 years of SAP Testing experience, with at least 2+ years in Tosca automation.
