About the role
U.S. Benefits Administration:
JD : US Benefit, Benefits Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or employee support functions with significant exposure to U.S. benefits programs.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting large enterprise U.S. employee populations.
- Experience working with health and welfare plans, retirement plans, disability programs, and leave-related benefits.
- Experience in a global shared services or outsourcing environment.
