About the role
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Define the front-end architecture blueprint, frameworks, and patterns to support modular, maintainable, and testable codebases.
- Technical Oversight: Guide development teams on technical design, code quality, and system integration.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend modern front-end technologies (e. g., React, Next.js, TypeScript, Web Components).
- Performance Optimization: Champion performance tuning, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading strategies, and bundle size optimizations.
- Accessibility and UX: Promote inclusive design and accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1+ compliance).
- DevOps and Tooling: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, front-end observability, and automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E).
- Mentorship: Coach engineers across teams, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth through hands-on engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical decisions into clear recommendations for product managers, designers, and senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
