QA Automation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in UI automation, API automation, and a solid understanding of storage, cloud, or server technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various automation tools and frameworks, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI and API testing.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Utilize UI automation tools such as Virtuoso, Katalon, Selenium, TestComplete, or Cypress to automate web application testing.
• Implement and maintain API automation tests using Pytest or similar frameworks.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and quality.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Virtuoso, Katalon, Selenium, TestComplete, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in using Pytest for API automation testing.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in API testing.
• Basic knowledge of storage, cloud, or server technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
