About the role
We're looking for a UX Designer who doesn't just make screens but owns problems. You'll lead feature and product-area design from discovery to delivery, working directly with PMs and engineers who value design as a strategic voice.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design flows, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes and polished UI.
- Run discovery and usability testing, and turn insights into clear product decisions.
- Work with PMs and data teams to frame problems, validate hypotheses and prioritise features.
- Partner with engineering on specs, edge cases and accurate implementation.
- Scale and strengthen our design system with reusable components and accessibility best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and lead design brainstorms and critiques.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B, B2C or SaaS.
- A strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end work with clear strategic thinking.
- Expert-level Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping).
- Solid grasp of interaction design, IA, accessibility and responsive design across web and app.
- Comfort with analytics and data-driven decisions.
- Working knowledge of APIs, front-end frameworks and platform constraints.
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication.
