Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on automotive systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with HMI design principles and guidelines.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with user testing and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and metrics.
