The role will work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to create polished, consistent, and user-friendly visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and interaction designs.
  • Build high-fidelity mockups and support developer handoff with clear design specifications.
  • Improve usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Create brand-aligned marketing creatives for social media, email, banners, and campaigns.
  • Support graphic design needs such as brochures, presentations, icons, infographics, and landing-page visuals.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to maintain design consistency.
  • Contribute to motion graphics or basic video assets when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and human-centred design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar tools.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive design layouts.
  • Good understanding of design systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with branding and digital marketing creatives.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work plus other design outputs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end workflows.
  • Experience in SaaS, travel, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital products.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and conversion-focused design.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative requests and meet deadlines.
