We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of handling both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries in the US market. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles in the US.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to define role requirements and job specifications.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to evaluate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to improve hiring strategies.

• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.

• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment.

• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).

• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms for candidate management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online recruiting tools.
