Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Review and finalize US tax returns including Form 1040, 1065, and 1120.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IRS regulations.
- Review tax workpapers, supporting schedules, and financial statements.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and resolve complex tax issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to preparers and junior staff.
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle multi-state tax returns and complex tax engagements.
- Maintain high-quality review standards and meet deadlines.
- 7+ years of experience in US Taxation.
- Extensive hands-on review experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120 returns.
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax compliance.
- Experience with tax software such as CCH, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProSeries, or Drake.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
