About the Role: Join RippleHire in Bengaluru as a UX/UI Designer to architect intuitive digital interfaces that empower enterprise clients, driving measurable business impact through user-centric design innovation and seamless product experiences.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Design comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that translate complex financial analytics workflows into clear, accessible enterprise interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define feature requirements and ensure the seamless technical execution of design systems.
- Conduct rigorous user research, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously optimize product usability and solve critical workflow challenges under strict project timelines.
- Manage client relationships by presenting design concepts, incorporating constructive feedback, and aligning strategic product visions with stakeholder expectations.
- Develop persuasive design pitches and proposals that articulate the value of proposed solutions, contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention goals.
- Maintain and scale the organization's design system, ensuring consistent visual standards, accessibility compliance, and high-performance user interaction across platforms.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
- Demonstrated proficiency in translating complex financial analytics data and insights into intuitive, user-friendly digital dashboards and visual interfaces.
- Advanced expertise in core design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) to build comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, articulate design decisions effectively, and negotiate project scope and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain high analytical precision and composure while managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, or the financial services sector, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication competencies.
