About the role
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging classroom sessions for VARC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension) tailored for CLAT & IPMAT students.Mentor students, track their performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Design and update content, practice materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns.Conduct doubt-solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness.Collaborate with academic teams to innovate and improve pedagogy.RequirementsStrong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable.Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred.
