About the role
VBA / RPA Developer:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.
- Proficiency in at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of process design, exception handling, and bot orchestration.
- Experience with .NET, C#, VB.NET, VBA, or Python for custom automation scripts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- RPA Developer Certification (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL / Oracle / SAP) and API integrations is a plus.
