About the role
Collaborates with internal teams and clients to gather requirements for complex document composition and direct mail projects.Designs and develops advanced templates using GMC / Quadient Inspire (or similar) software for personalized communications with a focus on high-volume production.Programs sophisticated variable data elements and logic to personalize documents based on customer data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Implements postal processing solutions, including BCC Suite, Redpoint, Satori, Post-Presort, Dat-Mail, Address Standardization, Merge/Purge, and Change of Address (COA) services.Ensures compliance with USPS regulations and improves mailing efficiency through presort, address validation, and postal optimization techniques.Works closely with data processing teams to manage variable data layouts, mail merge, and document composition.Develops and maintains automated workflows to streamline print and mail production.Tests and troubleshoots document composition projects, data integrity, postal compliance, and print production issues to ensure accuracy and functionality.Provides technical support and maintenance for existing GMC / Quadient Inspire (or similar) applications and templates.Stays updated with industry trends, USPS changes, and best practices in GMC / Quadient Inspire (or similar) software, document composition technologies, and direct mail processing.Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success
