Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Veeva QMS Tester with 5+ years of experience in validating and testing Veeva Quality Management Systems (QMS). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life Sciences domain and experience working with Veeva Vault QMS modules like Document Control, Change Control, CAPA, Training, and Audit Management. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of QMS solutions through effective testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Veeva Vault QMS applications.
- Understand business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios and scripts.
- Prepare and execute test scripts, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations in Veeva QMS.
- Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ validations in compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality teams to ensure proper test coverage.
- Document and track defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed test documentation for audits and compliance.
- Support UAT and training activities with business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of overall experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in Veeva Vault QMS testing.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault platform and QMS modules.
- Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation) practices in life sciences.
- Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HP ALM / Quality Center, Jira, or similar test management tools.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Veeva Vault Certification (QMS or QualityDocs).
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault API testing.
- Experience in automation tools (like Selenium) is a plus.
- Experience in global regulatory environments (FDA, EMA).
