About the role
- Edit short-form ads, Reels, and promotional videos for Rigi TV.
- Turn scripts and raw footage into high-retention, engaging content.
- Create strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and CTAs.
- Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Experiment with different creative formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
- Use AI tools extensively for editing, content creation, ideation, voiceovers, visuals, and post-production.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver performance-driven creatives.
- 1-5 years of video editing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools is mandatory.
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, trends, and audience retention.
- Ability to create content that grabs attention and drives action.
- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form/video ad work.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore.
