About the role
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong video editing skills with experience in both short-form (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
- Ability to shoot high-quality content using professional cameras or mobile setups.
- Basic color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Strong storytelling skills—knowing how to structure videos to keep viewers hooked.
- Understanding of social media trends, pacing, and audience engagement tactics.
- Quick turnaround time while maintaining high production value.
- Edit long-form content such as interviews, explainer videos, podcasts, and promotional material.
- Shoot and direct content (behind-the-scenes, interviews, product showcases, etc.).
- Stay ahead of trends and platform-specific video formats.
- Optimize video formats and structures for maximum engagement across platforms.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute creative, high-impact visuals.
Role Details:📍 Location: Kailash Colony, Greater Kailash, New Delhi ⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM 📅 Working Days: Monday - Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off every month)
