About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Leader to drive AI initiatives at Intellect Design Arena. The role requires a strong technical background in AI along with hands-on engineering experience in Java-based systems. You will lead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across platforms, with a focus on applied AI use cases, prototyping, and engineering integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI strategy, design, and implementation across products.
- Build and implement AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts to address business needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Stay hands-on and guide teams on development best practices.
- Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- 18+ years of overall experience with 2-3 years in AI leadership roles.
- Strong experience in AI/ML, including generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, prototypes, or internal solutions.
- Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring.
- Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
- Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A hands-on AI leader with strong technical depth.
- Experience driving AI adoption from concept to implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to identify practical AI opportunities and guide engineering teams in execution.
