WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE:
Managed end to end warehouse operation including receiving, dispatch, material movements and storage.
Verified incoming materials against purchase order, quantity, quality and delivery documents.
Executed inbound operation for a wide range of products.
Handling inventory control activities using ERP system, maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
Co-ordinated with warehouse supervisor and buyer to resolve shortage and damages and operational issues.
Performed regular cycle counts and day by day inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure correct documentation filing.
Always wear proper PPE like safety shoes, gloves, and helmet.
Maintained warehouse standard and support initiatives for continuous improvement.
Ensured safe unloading of delivery trucks while following all safety protocols.
Inspected materials for quality and damage prepared reports for the buyer and quality teams.
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Coordinate with team members to complete work efficiently and adapt quickly to unexpected challenges in operation.
Maintain clear communication to avoid errors during high pressure situations.
Follow company warehouse SOPs and policies.
