About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Web Application Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications. The candidate will work with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to build responsive, secure, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications according to business requirements. Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services. Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data. Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices. Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required. Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other developers. Use Git and version control systems to manage source code. Deploy applications to development, testing, staging, and production environments. Maintain technical documentation and improve existing application features. Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js or Angular. Backend: Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET, depending on the technology stack. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB. API Development: REST APIs, JSON, third-party API integration. Version Control: Git and GitHub/GitLab. Development Tools: VS Code or similar IDEs, browser developer tools, Postman. Deployment: Basic knowledge of web servers, hosting, cloud platforms, and CI/CD. Security: Input validation, secure authentication, access control, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
