About the role
Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our Customer Success Management department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in web development and a strong background in customer success management. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's website to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop website features and functionality- Implement best practices for web development, including responsive design and SEO optimization- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website- Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to enhance the website's performance- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers as needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 4+ years of experience in web development- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
