Web Module Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend/API Developer to join our dynamic team as a Web Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Agentic AI platforms, AI governance standards, and prompt engineering, along with hands-on experience in Node.js development. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions, while ensuring high-quality deliverables through adherence to coding standards and Agile methodologies.

• Design, build, and maintain virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop backend services using Node.js and Python to support AI-driven applications.
• Integrate bots with enterprise systems through REST APIs and external services.
• Manage and support deployments across multiple environments (Development, QA, UAT, and Production).
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Adhere to coding standards, delivery best practices, and Agile development methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Strong experience in Agentic AI platforms, AI governance standards, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js development for building scalable backend services and integrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Conversational AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI implementations.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise application architecture.
