Welder

The candidate will be responsible for joining metal components using various welding processes while ensuring productivity, workmanship, and workplace safety.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.
• Perform welding operations using MIG/TIG & other approved welding processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and welding specifications.
• Prepare materials, components, and welding equipment 
• Ensure weld quality meets specified standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect welded parts for defects and perform rework when required.
• Maintain welding equipment in good condition and report any abnormalities.
• Achieve daily production targets 
• Have knowledge about - UT & VT ) Ultra test & Visual Test)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records as required.

ITI &/or Diploma in Welding with min 5  years experience. 

Experience from Vale & actuator industry is preferred

• Strict adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Compliance with company quality, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Participation in safety trainings and audits.
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills
