WGZ- BD Lead Converter (Web Development)

• Handle leads related to Web Development and IT services.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  
• Work on leads generated through Upwork, website, digital campaigns and other channels.
  
• Communicate with international and domestic clients.
  
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads.
  
• Handle objections and negotiate project requirements.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and estimates.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.
  
• Build long-term client relationships.
  
• Work towards lead-conversion and revenue targets.
  

Preferred: Candidates with Web Development sales or Upwork-based sales experience.
