About the role
RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced Bidder – Web Development who has strong exposure to selling technology and web development services to international and domestic clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify relevant Web Development projects on Upwork.
- Prepare customized and compelling proposals.
- Handle client communication through Upwork.
- Understand requirements for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom development and other web technologies.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project feasibility and prepare proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Research client profiles and project history before submitting proposals.
- Maintain records of bids, responses, interviews and conversions.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth through Upwork.
Required Skills: Upwork bidding, web development understanding, client communication, proposal writing, lead generation and negotiation.
