Job Description:
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows.
- Work extensively with HubSpot Marketing Hub and related tools.
- Build lead nurturing, segmentation and customer journey workflows.
- Configure automated email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Set up lead scoring, lifecycle stages and marketing automation processes.
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM and other business systems.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead handover processes.
- Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support automation strategy and process documentation.
- Explore AI-based automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
