About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full-cycle implementation, as well as in a support role.
- Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.
- Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
- Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM.
